Reviews for Gunter Hill Campground (COE)

| Stay on Catoma Side

The Catoma camping sites were refurbished in 2011 and it is so wonderful with new asphalt road and fully cemented pads from the road to the end of the site. Some sites will accommodate upto 4 vehicles and the sites are spacious too. What a wonderful camping experience for both young and old as well as experienced and not so experienced campers. Enjoy your stay!!! :-)

Stopped here overnight on our way to Florida. We were pleasantly surprised by this campground. The sites are spacious, and it is a clean, quiet campground. My kids wished there was wi-fi. Lol. Would definitely stay here again.

Just like all the other COWs we stayed at. Big sites, cement slabs, & this one even has sewer.

Stayed in 35' Class A. Beautiful Campgrounds right on lake for a wonderful view. Super nice campground hosts with information regarding the area. Stayed on Catona side. Every site on this loop is great. All with full hookups on concrete pad with picnic tables and fire rings. We love this campground!! Will be back.

Large, level, gravel or concrete sites with fire rings, BBQ stands, food hooks, and picnic tables at each site. Nice space in-between sites. And most are staggered for optimal privacy/view. We had decent AT&T cell service and picked up about 12 TV antenna Chanel's... for those rainy days, lol. I've put this in my favorite file!

Needed a quick overnight with hookups & preferably some shade...we stopped at the office unannounced & was welcomed to a large shaded & paved pull thru site...Catoma Loop #39. A grill, nIce table & fire ring in a level gravel area on the site was an additional plus!! Happy Campers
