All I know is that I was able to seek shelter even during storm season. I found that management was very helpful and accommodating.

Good place to stop for an overnight. Its a working ranch with lots of animals. Easily accessible from highway. No frills but cheap.
Fine for a night but not really what we had in mind. There was no fire pit or designated spots. The owner was very nice and bathrooms were clean and in good condition. There were laundry facilities too, which was nice.
Very friendly and accommodating staff and family! Came in late and the owner was very nice as we're his family and staff. Many long termers but all friendly. There are animals and lots of grass. Roads in and out need work but it has been raining. We had room for MH with toad and did not unhook. Good overnight in this area.
Any port in a storm but only under duress. This is a trailer park dump. Wouldn't touch those showers or laundry for anything. Way over priced. Try some place else.
