They will tell you they have internet. But they dont. The bathrooms were disgusting. Creepy hunter types on golf carts that stare at you but do not aknowlege your hello.

I needed a place to stay that had electric. It was last minute as I had engine trouble. I was hot, tired and just wanted to get set up and go to sleep. I was going on 24 of two hours of sleep. I called and ask for just partial, they said it would be 37.00 . When I got there, I repeated that I wanted just partial. I asked if I could pay in the morning because I was debating on staying another night. I got hooked up to electric and didn t pay attention to anything else. Later I learned she sent me to a full hook up and they were going to charge me 40.00. I noticed later on my bank statement they righted the wrong and charged me a lower rate. (Thank you). WiFi like all campgrounds is non existent until wee hrs of the morning. The road leading in is full of potholes, so your trailer gets knocked around quite a bit. I wasn t there long enough to check anything out. They do have a swimming pool and dog area. People seemed pleasant.
Due to health issues, we needed a place for overnight with shower, electric and fairly flat. Almost did not go there because list of amenities did not include showers. Happy to say there were clean, hot showers! Friendly staff, interesting place. In October, definitely a place for fans of Halloween! I can see how this place would not be for everyone as it appears most are long-term lease lots, some in bad repair. For us it was delightful and precisely what we needed. Thank you to our warm and welcoming hosts!
Very hard to get to the campground from I-70 Northbound. Small rural roads with low hanging branches. Roads into the campground are washed out with huge ruts. ( They had heavy rainfall for the last couple days) Campground is run down, and not well maintained. Stayed overnight and will not be back.
