Easy on and off of I5. No frills here, right on the freeway, only $20 a night. An easy overnighter.

We have a 27ft TT and wanted to just pull in and stay hooked up for the night before leaving early in the morning. The spaces aren't very long at all and the only way we could get in was to pull thru the wrong way and couldn't reach electric. Didn't use the bathrooms. Spent 27$ on nothing! Wasted my money when I could have stayed down the street at the Pilot station. If you have a larger rig (ours isn't even that big!) watch it!

Exactly like first review says. Fancy it is not, but a bargain it is. Perfect for an overnite, especially for a tired traveler. Pilot gas close by also. Don't be afraid to stay here. It works.

First of all... if you are looking for a fancy place this isn't it but *its $20 *full hookups *close to freeway *the people are nice *pull through This RV park is all gravel with a lot of trees. The managers are organized and efficient. The residents appear to all be permanent but its not like a lowlife trailer park. It just isn't fancy but it is completely adequate for a short stay. I always tell my wife... you aren't buying the place!!

| Convenient stop over place.

I have stayed here overnight several times traveling from Oregon to California in a 38-foot motorhome with a toad. Office staff is very friendly, Pilot Travel Center is right next door. Yes it's a little tight but very manageable. Will definitely stay here again.

Harassment by Manager. Bad Water. December pool has water, breeding ground for mosquitos. One condemned bathroom. Urinals in men's bathroom falling off the walls. Washers and Dryers in poor conditions

| Nice place

This was the first rv park we stayed at after going full time in February. We've stayed a couple times since then. It's a nice park. Friendly staff that we've dealt with. Bathrooms are old, but clean. We wear sandals in the showers so the peeling floor in some of them don't bother us. We've stayed in pull-through with full hookups. I'd recommend it to anyone and will be staying here multiple times in the future as it's close to our home base.

Nice park, we needed to stay one night, called ahead and they saved us one of the last 3 spaces for the night. We got a pull-thru spot and didn t have to unhitch which was great. Nice lawns and picnic tables. No cable or WiFi but the antenna channels were fine. Price has gone up to $38 ($35 with discount). Would stay again.

Good place to hit overnight, but nothing really in the area to stay here for. Older park with some aging facilities, but we had no issues. Did not use anything but our hookups.
