| Rv park, what more do you want.
This is a large City RV park. The spot has power, water, cable, sewer and WiFi. There is nothing fancy just a place to park, shower in a clean place. There are a great number of permanent residents some of whom don't want to be there, but have to. I felt safe there enough to leave our RV for the night. Rates are Good and the manager will try to find a way to give you a discount. We will stay there again

This place might have looked like the picture about 20 yrs ago. Not well maintained at all and located on a very busy street. We were told at check-in that the homeless and vagrants were kept away by his bat. Wouldn't recommend this park!

Apparently, my immaculate '78 airstream is "too old" for this place.
