We loved this quaint little park as a nice stop overnight. We arrived after hours and found the hookup to be easy. Just leave $18 at the entrance and you can enjoy the roomy spaces, jackrabbits bounding everywhere, and fabulous children s playground within running distance. A lake is nearby and the view was lovely in the morning. With the police station within walking distance, we felt absolutely safe. Camp host was great and the price can t be beat! We will absolutely be back!
Great even in a tent just watch out for the sprinkler
Beautiful setting in park. Lovely views of sunset and stars. Gliders soaring (Soaring Society of America Headquarters... also, next to B-17 historical site). Golf course and police station nearby. Quiet. Friendly camp host. Did not visit shower facility. Some rabbits and squirrels. Camp host indicated coyotes heard in neighborhood, recently. Highly recommend.
