Wonderful shady sites. Good sprint connection no verizon. Clean, level, shady sites. Camped here in a Motorhome. 30 and 50 amp good for all sizes including Big Rigs.
Harry S Truman State Park is probably the most wooded campground I have ever been to. Another amazing thing is the distance between camp sites giving you a sense of privacy. The restroom/shower houses are large and clean as well. With this campground being on Truman Lake it is quite popular with boaters and fisherman. Hopefully one day they will add full hook up sites for those seeking a few more amenities. You will be amazed by the beauty and comfort of this Missouri State Park.
Great quiete place to stay, lake is a bit too far from site #38 that was the closest spot we picked to the lake. Views were gorgeous though.
