We Came in after dark, told what space to use for our week in Lassen, got up the next morning, smelled shi@@, we were set up next to the Horse Corral! What the hells going on went to office, was told "we are full" looked around about half the park vacant Left, called charge card co. And disputed the rest of the charges......went back toward hwy 299 spent a wek at Rancharifa, wifi sucks but no horse sh@@ smell

The RV people were loud and inconsiderate of tent campers. They were up late being loud and annoying. The place was very poorly marked as people kept asking us where to go while we were trying to set up. The grounds were very dusty and close to one another. The closest tent was less then 10 ft away. The layout was crazy and could have been better organized. The whole place needed better signage and better marked paths. Even if we had an RV it would have been difficult to navigate through with small roads and tons of blind spots. The place should have asked less for what was offered for sure. $5 tent sites is what it should have been. We paid more unfortunately and wouldn't have stayed had we needed a place to stay during such a busy holiday weekend. Probably my least favorite campsite ever.
Cable TV was very poor and the WiFi was non existent. Bathrooms and showers were very old and run down. Very nice setting and large sites, but all dirt and dust. Would not stay here a second time.
