| Gorgeous, Gated, Private Resort
This is a deeded ownership resort. Each lot is individually developed. Some owners rent their lots by the month. To find rentals in this resort, go to www.havsurvresort.org. Select rentals. Long term rentals are welcome. Reserve early as Jan thru March are the most popular months for snowbirds.

Resirt looks nice with nicely paved streets and clean and well maintained sites. Facilities looked good. The office does no bookings. You have to rent sites from the owners. Very disappointed in the reception at the office. The lady was very cautious when we entered. Not a friendly hello at all. Our 21 foot trailer is a brand new one and our truck is also brand new. She was quick to inform us that we were not welcome there as they have a 24 foot restriction. Not very warm.
| Waste of time!
We were told over the phone there were lots of spaces bla bla! We get here and have a choice of two lousy spots! Not close at all to lake and just not happy that they lure you in! Half of the RVs parked are empty and lots of spaces have homes on instead! Could stay at Walmart for free! Won't be back! Oh and when the kid takes you to check spaces, he doesn't know a whole lot...
