Love the pool, doggy park, waterslide. Fun for all ages. Everyone that works there are super helpful and friendly.

| After reading all the positive reviews, we were greatly disappointed in the park. No escort to our site which was difficult to get into. The site was muddy and close to the road. The road nose is very loud. There is no cable TV, and the t...

KOA in Hayward has the best staff... Everyone is nice and helpful, smiling and it appears they Love their jobs!! Wow, what a crazy concept... I asked a guy how to get to the water slide and he escorted me to the entrance instead of pointing!! Very patient with ALL the kids here... People driving around in golf carts checking on you and helpful!! A girl even shouted "bless you" and smiled after my sneeze attack!!! The workers morale here is excellent!! Staff enjoy the kids happiness as it they were family!! Great place to camp!!!Some of the fun girls in the waterslide area were pretending to be scared Everytime my son scared them, he loved it!!!

Nestled into tall pines. Really has things for the whole family to do. Even 18 hole mini put. My kids loved it. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative was road noise.

| Nice staff +2 star, overpriced mud sites -3 star!

The staff is nice. Notice this is a KOA Holiday meaning it's a very busy place and one giant party going on (staycation). There are tons of trees and it can be hard to maneuver your rig. If it rains it will be the biggest sandy mud mess. They could have at least added gravel to the sites and roads. If you dont mind sloppy mud sites and tons of people then you may be okay staying here. There are tons of kids but it was the grown adults that where far more annoying than anything.

We arrived and had a basic site. Water electric and sewer. Pull through site with shade. Be aware of the pine sap dripping on your vehicle. Lots of activities for the kids. Friendly folks both staff and guest. Bathrooms and laundry was clean. KOA discount was accepted 10 minutes from town. Food groceries and Walmart. WiFi was not so good. Dog park was fenced in with water and benches. The park set up an outside movie screen on Saturday for the guest. Great time.
