Heard of this place by friends ... Was expecting something way more.... However If you need 50amp service your going to stuck in the blazing sun shoehorned next to your neighbor with their sewer lines right in your yard and the seasonal's constantly driving by staring at you like your some kind of exhibit at the zoo ... Beautiful place if your a sessional .... Thought because the fee was so much and they put "resort" at the end it would be really great place... I was wrong and this was an expensive weekend lesson learned, won't come again. Since I'm the first review I hope this helps campers like us.
We camped here because we had heard about it from some friends. We camped in a field and it was hot. Our neighbors were clearly seasonal campers and we never saw them. The campers in our loop look like they have been there since the 80’s, and didn’t appear to have been maintained since then either. The rec center was nothing special and the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We had to pay extra to run our A/C as well. We thought the price would reflect the quality of the campground but we were wrong. Don’t bother.
