The owner seems nice but the place is a dump surrounded by a trailor dump. Very poor appearance all together.
The place is surrounded by old dilapidated trailer houses with uncared for "yards". Mid-day people were waiting for someone to check them in for over 30 minutes when we pulled in. Wouldn't stay there.
This park is an old KOA and has been allowed to run down and inhabited by some questionable long term residents. I stayed here years ago and I remember it as a nice attractive park. No more. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
