We lived there for four months last year. The people are friendly and watch out for each other. There is a small area for kids to play, well kept bathroom/shower facilities, and a very small store. Full hookups available. Next to an Amish farm and behind a weekly flea market, it's not a bad location. Only issues we had were finding a laundry facility and the loud noises from a nearby drag racing operation (not horrible and we got used to it). We would absolutely live there again without hesitation!
