Pleasant place to stay

This is the second time we've stayed here. Everything is spotless and in excellent condition. The owners / management are very friendly & helpful. The sites all have trees, there's a nice pool, reasonable laundry rates & a few shops & dinning within walking distance. No hesitation to recommend this park even for an extended stay.

Spotless facilities, everything beautifully maintained with maturing trees. Looks like they are replacing older grass areas with sod. Quiet park with nice pool & friendly management.

Don't stay for a month

Very nice park,clean neat and well maintained. We stayed 30 days and were required to put a $150 Electric deposit on arrival.We stayed here to visit family in the area,and were gone at least 10 hours a day.
At check out we were told that they would figure out what we owed them and would mail a check if they thought we had a refund coming.Being full timers,this stinks!Now we wait for a check to maybe be sent,then it goes to our home address then forwarded when we get somewhere to get mail,then get it deposited ,not good at all

Shady spot

This park has roomy, level gravel sites. The hosts are helpful and friendly. It is within walking distance to grocery store. There are long time residents but all sites are well maintained. We stayed overnight in March 2015 in a fifth wheel.

BEAUTIFUL PARK..!!!

This RV Park is a real find. If u have passed this one by...turn around & stay, u won't be disappointed. The managers...Mike & Julie r terrific & go out of their way to accommodate u.! BIG shade trees, huge pull thru's, nice pool, clean laundry room & bathrooms/showers r spotless.!!! Price is very reasonable & each site has green grass & a picnic table. Don't miss this Park...stay once & you'll keep returning. I rate this RV Park a 10+ .!!!!! Thanks Julie & Mike.! WOW.!!!

Hidden gem

Great park with level back-in and pull thru sites for all sized RV's. Sites are gravel with grass. Friendly staff at check-in. Wifi excellent. Good Verizon signal. Hook ups well placed for use. Dog and cat play area at front behind propane tank. There is a pool and clubhouse. A great place to stay. Sacramento NWR is about 30 miles south and worth a drive. This is going on my favorite list.

My family and I stayed for a week to visit family in the area. Park is emacculant. Lots of shade trees over every spot. Bathrooms are large and spotless. Everyone is very friendly.

Nice little park and well maintained, however placement of the trees make it a bit tricky for big rigs getting in and out. A MH next to us ripped his awning off as he caught it on the tree pulling in. Streets are narrow and sites really close together. More suited for smaller rigs. Stayed one night in March 2019

Very nice park just off I-5 and very quiet. You can walk a few blocks to Safeway and there s 2 auto parts stores a block or two. Staff is very welcoming. Restrooms were very clean. Traveling with my dad who requires a handicap show and it s set up for easy use. That s a BIG plus in my book. ALL the pictures in review are true. Very well kept and professional maintained. I have added to my favorite and will be staying here again!!

A great place! Very clean and friendly place to stay for a day or a week. Stites are adequate for large rigs and the facilities are well kept. Near by markets, restaurants, fuel and shops. Noise is not a problem. Easy on and off US 5. This is on our list of favorites.

Tree disaster!

Great park, nice people but even with 3 people watching the rig all but a worker who wasn't involved saw what was happening. Tore our roof, now have several hundred dollars worth of damage. Not sure if our rig was too big or if the trees just weren't trimmed up enough. Just beware of site, trees and size of your rig.
