IF I WAS TOLD I WOULDN'T HAVE CAMPGROUND ACCESS, I WOULDN'T HAVE STAYED. We called before arrival to get information about costs and hookups. Cost was $30 and we were told full hookups. Once we paid and registered, we were told there are no access cards available for the automatic gate. However we were assured that someone would open the gate, perhaps we might have to call the phone number to have somebody open it. 4:30 in the afternoon, we had to leave the toad parked outside the campground and walk to our campsite, because nobody was available. I called the owner and got an attitude. He asked if I would stay there again, and I told him no. His response was, "Well then, who cares?" ENOUGH SAID?
This is the epitome of trailer park. Not a place for campers. Our site in the "Field" was tight, on crushed stone, and with a view of the steel barn repair shed with a quartz security light lit all night. The entire camp was full of permanently parked old trailers with fences and yard decorations on their 20 foot lots. The residents were nice enough and it is CHEAP.
