The park was in a nice setting away from the highway. It looked like most residents were long term. It was a hot day and we appreciated the shade until. . . the acorns started falling on our trailer all night long! It was surprising how loud they were! Since this is most likely a temporary problem, I would probably give this park a 3.5.

Great location, but this park was wet, muddy, and the owner, well lets just say he was not pleasant to deal with. When you register they require an additional $25 cash deposit, saying that when you leave you will get it back as long as the site is as you found it. Ok, handed over $25 in cash, said we would be pulling out between 9-10 in the AM. Told that was not a problem. Go to ask for our deposit back and told they would mail a check, no, I paid cash and I want cash back... told there wasn't any cash available, really, I gave you cash, but you can't give it back to me???? Owner told me I was a PIA... not to ever come back( no problem there) that he had an appointment and he was going to be late... sorry, but stay away!!! Between the mud. The bugs and be yelled at, this girl will never stay here again!

Stayed 16 days. Reasonable. Only a few pull through spots so reserve ahead if you want them. Owners were tremendously helpful. It rained about half the time I was here and the ground became soggy and there was some standing water until it was absorbed. Sites and roads are gravel. If you don t tolerate that and that nature does what it does, don t come here
