A good place to stay
Getting close to the end of my 18 day stay at Hickory Point and all I can say is it is really a great place. The waterfront location can t be beat, fishing from the dock, hired a fishing guide today who picked me up right at the campground dock. The sunsets are amazing. With all of that said, one of the best features of this park is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Can t wait to come back next winter!
This is what I d call an old school Florida RV park. Sites are dirt/some crushed clamshells. Lovely old trees. Be sure you understand your site s location...many are not waterfront and have no waterfront view at all, and some are quite close together. This park is a mix of RV s and fixed trailer homes. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
