Very friendly staff. Clean property, trash pickup at site, quiet community near several quintessential upstate NY towns. Easy access to Rochester, quick ride to Erie Canal Towpath. WiFi in desperate need of repeaters. Gravel roads OK. Water pressure satisfactory. Don't waste your time trying to get seated at the country club Friday night dinner. Would come back.
