Great overnight stop. Great staff. Clean bathrooms with your on private room. Easy on and off I-10. Will stay again if passing through.

Very nice and clean park. We stayed one night. Pull through sites long enough for our 35 foot motor home and two car. They are just a little pricey for one night but would stay again.

Resonable rate, clean park with very helpful staff. Clean bath houses, four full up bath rooms complete with shower, commode and sink. Convenient to I-10.

Filled all the Squares

This park had everything I need for a one night stay and then moving on the next morning. It was close to, but not right next to I-10, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the bath / shower facilities were very clean, and my pull through site was level and easily long enough to stay hitched. I have a 25 foot bumper pull. My site would accommodate at least a 32ft rv. However, it is not a 4 star par either. It rains a lot here and apparently the drainage is not great. Large puddles and muddy areas gave it a bit of a messy feel.

Easy on off I 10. Friendly, clean and good pull thru for 38’ plus tow. Did not use any facilities. Train came by close at dinner time but not after. Quiet at night.
Rate 49.50 with discount.

This is one of the best Maintained parks I have ever seen, the staff is very helpful and always there when you need them. The WIFI is great. And cable is good, there is a large lake with a nature trail . They stay booked so reservations are recommended, would stay here anytime we go thru this part of Texas.

Only stayed one night, but the staff stayed late to check is in, the sure was a pull through, very clean, easy to make hookups, free WiFi and a few local cable stations. Clean baths and showers. There are areas to walk your dog and they provide poop bags and trash cans, but no fenced in area. Nice lake with a nature walk around it. Plus, they offer a military discount, which is nice.

Noisy

Extremely noisy. Very close to interstate and a main road. We were parked near men who had diesel pick ups that liked to idle them for a very long time before leaving and when arriving home. They were long term residents and I understand they had jobs but a little consideration would have been nice.
The bathrooms were clean and nice.
