Stayed in this campground while working in the area for a year. All staff were friendly and took care of any problems that may have come up during my stay.
We overnighted in one of the 50 amp pull-through sites. It was everything we needed for the night. The campground appeared well maintained and the waterfront area looked like it would be a lot of fun in the summer. Getting to the campground requires driving through a residential neighborhood but it's very manageable.
Staff very friendly, kids really liked the swimming area. Power was the only issue site's share power so if 2 trailers have 30 amp one of them has to use an adapter that they were out of when we arrived. So the guy next to us had to run an extension cord to the trailer next to him. They said normally adapters were in the office.
I brought the family up to play at the water park while I finished my dive training. Staff was great, park was great, other campers were great. Haven t been camping very long but this has been the best place so far.
First solo trip for me in a travel trailer. All the staff was nice and the spaces were big. There is a quarry for swimming for an extra charge. Overall, it was a nice experience; no issues with utilities, lots of well-behaved kids, and friendly people.
