We stayed at this park because it was an easy in and out. Just a short distance from I-10. Park was very clean, staff very friendly, pull site was perfect for our 38 ft rig and toad. Did not use restrooms do I cannot comment on those. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet park. Cement pads on sites. Not expensive

This park was not clean. A LOT of permanent trailers and RVs. Very run down. Bathrooms/showers not well maintained. Pond was covered with some kind of algae. Little to no space between sites and no good area to walk pets. Only positive is that the managers were very friendly and helpful in giving directions. Would not stay there again.

| If you don't have a reservation, don't bother

Pulled in without a reservation, several empty lots, couldn't find after hours number online but found an alternative number that got me to another guy and he had someone call me back. The girl on the phone was so snarky and rude. She said people were coming in tonight, even though there were zero check in papers in the after hours box. It was 9:15 and she insisted there was nothing available for the night. It just felt like she didn't want to get out and come sign us in. Customer service 101 is missing here.

We were tired on our trip to New Orleans so we decided to stop near Lake Charles, LA. We tried A+ RV Park first because of the good reviews but they were full. :( The staff at A+ suggested we try Hidden Ponds because it was close. The park was packed! The spots were very close. They only had one spot open because the long term person was coming the next day. We were tired so we booked it for the night. Then she told us the price was $54! No WiFi, no cable, no outside table, no scenery! I mean spots at the Grand Canyon were $20 cheaper than this place!! Next time we will shop around. Its only one night. This place is for people who work in the construction or petroleum industry around the area.
