For the price of $37.00 a night...it could be better. Not saying it was bad, but for that kind of money I was expecting more. This will be a last resort destination for me.

Place offers a lot for both kids and adults. Kayaking down river was best part. Water falls and hiking wasn't bad either. Camp grounds were nice and flat.

Very nice park with large sites. Good & clean facilities. Great views of falls & river. Very friendly & helpful staff. Use river side for large rigs/50A. This is a gem just a few miles from I-75.

Park was nice , bathhouse were clean, sites were very level. Other than the pool which is open to the public there is no area for swimming kids were really disappointed and the pool can be very over crowded but I guess as long as they get there money that's all that matters.

| Quiet, serene but close to I 75.

We were headed to Atlanta from the south on I 75, and needed spot for the night. Other rv parks near by were full or had bad review. Found this park about 1.5 miles from exit. Camp host was exceptional, spot was huge, shaded, fire pit, picnic table, hard gravel, just lovely. We have 37 foot class A, easy back in. No sewer, and our spot #9 had only 30 amp, and water, but we were fine. There is dump station. It was just a great serene spot after fighting traffic all day! Walk to waterfalls was pleasant, falls lovely. There is a lake above dam, you can rent boats. So we will be back. If you must have Wi-Fi or cable go elsewhere. It was nice not to have tv or interruptions. Cell phone with Verizon was fine.

Friendly staff and very serene park. There are 2 campgrounds here in the park. On the left side of the highway is the check in and offices and a bit further up the road across the river is the Lake campsites and the Pool and playground. On the right side of the highway is the entrance to the river campsites—you turn by the dollar store. Clean bathhouses. Huge sites and many easy pull through sites for our 40 Ft RV. Steep road down to the river campsites but slow going was easy. Some nice hiking paths to get exercise. $38 a night, but Seniors gets discount—40% off I think. Disabled Vets get 25% off, so be sure to ask if this applies to you. We did not have T Mobile coverage, but it was nice to enjoy the campfire. The Dollar Store by the park entrance sells firewood in the parking lot and at times they have a farmers market. Hike over to see the waterfalls and lake- they are pretty. Lots of kids riding bikes and having fun. We are stopping on way back home.

Generally this is a good State Park. We were not impressed by the Shower/toilet house. The Camp hosts did not clean or empty trash for tow days even though it was overflowing right behind their sites. Need better supervision.

| There is a dump station!

First place in a while with non smelly, clean bathrooms. We got the last space. Sooo, many kids and people. It was like a holiday but at soon as it hit 10 the place was quiet. Loved it. Wish we had more time to explore. Playground for young kids and there is a dump station as you leave.

| very tight for 45 motorcoach

The setting is very nice and quiet, even though it was full. The road to the campground is twisty and lots of trees, some low. We had site 50, which was 50 deep. Parking in the spot was esay, but getting out and turned around left only inches of clearance. One of the other campers helped keep an eye on the sides as we turned a tight corner. if you have a 45 motorcoach, you may want to fire go this spot.

| Beautiful Campground

Spacious sites, bathrooms and showers very clean, plenty of hot water for showers, showers had access for handicap with pull down seat and a hand held shower head. Nice walking trails and nice pier on lake. We camped on the lake side campground. According to their camp layout they have another camp area along the river. Very quiet and the camp host, Jean, was friendly and helpful. Only stayed overnight but would like to plan another visit to stay longer.

| Great Place to Stay!

River Campground - We arrived late Saturday afternoon in March & the place was in full swing - campers, tents, families, campfires, fun! It was busy. The next morning - nearly everyone seemed to pile out early Sunday. Hookups for electric & water. Dumpstation is near the park exit. Bathrooms were okay. Campers were nice. Camp Hosts were great. Very relaxing place to stay.
