| Nice surprise!
We were pleasantly surprised! The staff were very nice, we decided to pay extra and be on the St Johns River and wow what a great idea! We had a beautiful view, right on the water, concrete and our own private picnic area. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is it is more long term residents than short term and also can be very tight! Otherwise having the river, boat to rent and a great Florida like restaurant to dine at was awesome!
| Good and bad
Staff was very friendly but sites were very tiny. Very nice flat level concrete pad was nice but had a tiny table and the neighbor's sewer pipe was too close to our site. Our site was next to a busy road with a barbed wire fence behind us. The eco tour was awesome and discounted because we stayed at the campsite and the restaurant on the property was really good too.
