Friendly front office. called and they reserved a spot for me. Paid the next morning. $25. Most were permanent RVers.

We stayed three nights while visiting Fredericksberg. Great cable and OK wireless. Bandwidth gets limited in the evenings. Too many full timers and snowbirds, but that is not a major problem. Gravel roads and sites. Sites are long and level. The staff is friendly and very helpful with local questions and recommendations. We visited with a 30 foot class C. Cost is now 30 dollars.
