| Nice overnight spot!

By user-5289479... on 2017-10-23.

Clean, level spots with easy after hours check in. We picked one of the easy in and out pull through right up front for overnight stays. Large spaces with gravel and wide paved road throughout the park. Long term residents sites all well kept. We were here "off season" so very quiet. Would stop again.

| Drug dealers, uptight manager, nosy residents

By user-6136927... on 2017-10-23.

Good place if you want to do laundry. The old manager is uptight with ridiculous signs everywhere in the bathroom about not using lotions, etc, but if you are incontinent, wear rubber pants to go in spa. Drug dealers in park at night. Staff and residents very nosy and gossipy and sneak around to spy on people. No drinks in soda machine. Rec room always locked. Staff get mad if you walk across an empty raked gravel lot. Manager turns off electric with no warning to customers during hottest parts of day, "for repairs" in 100 + degree heat. Very noisy freeway next to park. Packs of coyotes frequently roam park among RVs looking for small animals and small dogs to eat. All gravel spots, no grass. Staff live onsite in trash and try to avoid police by riding motorycle through wash area. Overnighters are crammed in front of manager office (and trailer) while many good pull through sites are in other parts of park. Do not recommend anyone to stay there. Too many coyotes and rattlesnakes seen in the park. Staff warns RVers of both on regular basis.

Close to I 10 , but very quiet. Clean gravel sites, level. Cable included, pretty good wifi. Friendly staff. Lots of permanent residents. Would stay here again. Paid 32.62 with GoodSam membership.
