There are many long term folks here with attendant scruffiness , vehicles not parked within sites make for difficult maneuvering. Very good wifi. Pet friendly, owners are nice. Not a top rated park but acceptable. Photos on this page do it justice.

| Very Overrated RV Park

This Park seems in decline, pullthrus are long but not level and sites are somewhat close together. Good infrastructure except for cableTV, which was very poor. Vehicle parking on the roadways makes it difficult to leave. Pretty quite for being next to the freeway. Clearly not a 9.5 Good Sam's rated Park...more like a 7.5

Giving this park a 5 star rating, not because it's a 5 star resort, which it's not but rather for the great experience. This is an older park but it's clean and well maintained. There are a few long term rigs but they're not run down and disgusting like in neighboring parks. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rates are higher than in older posts, they are now $45.00 straight across. The creek sites are great and love the fact that they had pull through spaces with 50 amp service. This was the only place we didn't feel out of place driving a large pusher. Wouldn't hesitate to go back

This is one of the nicest parks in the general area. We have stayed at the KOA in Gold Hill and it's over prices and out of the way. We cruised through the Pear Tree park and it's too close to the highway and feels too much like a park full of permanents. This is our first stay here and this will be our go-to site when we return to this area. The DW did use the laundry room and says that it's spotless and has up-to-date laundry equipment. Very nice park but no not tub (pool, but not this time of year!) or I would have given it 5*.

Very friendly staff, adequate pull thru for big rig and spacing. Only stayed one night but would stay again when passing through

| Awesome little gem!

After staying in an awful place in Ashland on our way up we decided to give this place a try on the way back. The creek is so peaceful and relaxing to sit by. and enjoy a cocktail. If you don t get a creekside spot, there s plenty of places to pull up a chair. If you re expecting one of those super deluxe high end RV Resorts this isn t it. It is clean, affordable and right off the freeway. The owners are super friendly and there s cookie when you check in

| Old park, hookup issues.

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.

Aas other people have commented the sites are very long, and the one we were put in was very level. However, I had hookups on both sides of my rig, and the spaces between sites is almost non-existent. My service hookups are literally next to the picnic table for the person on my service side, and I have to traipse through the picnic area for the person on the opposite side to hook up TV. A good place to stop for overnight, but definitely not worth the $47 rate. The office staff was as friendly as anybody I've been around, so that does offset some, and the building itself was immaculate.

| Old Park, falling apart.

By user-5743218... on 2019-08-09.

This appears to be a very old park, with very funky hookups. Some of the hookups are on one side of my rig, some were on the other. Initially, the staff seemed to be as friendly as you could hope for, but after I had several problems with my cable hookup the snarkiness appeared. You might want to look for another place, at the price this park just does not justify it.
