We will definitely return to this park and hopefully the same site number. Don’t be afraid of this place! We have been here for several months and have been very pleased. The people we have met have been very friendly. We have dwelt mostly with Deborah in the office and she is amazing. Very helpful and always has time for you when going to the office. The price is reasonable and the location is perfect. The laundry room is well maintained as well as the pools. The laundry cost is the cheapest I’ve seen. 1.50 wash and and 75 for an hour on the dryers. The restrooms could use an update, showers need help. I like all the little rooms should you need to go sit inside for a bit. There seems to be many activities for all to join. We have been busy with personal business so haven’t participated. The park is beautiful to the senses with all the palm trees. 95% of the homes are well kept up and some are gorgeous. It seems the 5% are being told to “clean up”. I was told by a resident that every year they bring in a huge dumpster for the residentials to discard old junk. That’s a great benefit. From what we just witnessed these residents would have paid a pocket full of coins to take to a local dump. For management! The one thing that’s a minus for us is trash pickup is just once a week. I cook a lot of fresh food and we seem to need more options for dumping our trash. We are seasonal so don’t have the large trash cans like the residents do. We’ve taken our trash into town to dump several times. To be fair to management we have never complained so not sure if there were other options for us. We travel with a dog and walking him around the park has been nice. Everyone seems to carry their doggie bags and clean up after their animals well. The entrance is close and we are able to walk our dog out and around the immediate area. The lot sizes are fantastic. We own a 40ft and was able to park w/o much trouble. Full hookups As far as other comments about utilities, yes the water was shut off for an hour or so but they did post signs all over the park warning that this would happen. We’ve been in other parks and this happens no matter where you are. These systems are handling a huge load and you will occasionally have electric, water and sewer problems. This park gets a thumbs up For us and we will be happy to return. Thanks Holiday Villiage Like

Older park. More for trailers rather than RVs. Large pool area. Bathrooms clean but old. Showers need updating. Quiet. Respectful neighbors. Active community (even though we were short timers so we didn't participate). Easy in/out off of Dobson Rd (exit off of US60) Mesa. Close to hiking Pima Canyon (south) and to all shopping up in Scottsdale.
