This is all around great Michigan State Park. Very spacious sites in the last 2 loops. 4 total including tent area.offers woodsy and sunny sites. Newly remodeled restrooms and showers. I have been going since the 89's and never disappointed. Great park staff. We feel Very safe. State police station just down the road. Wonderful trails for hiking. Beach is AA+.
This is by far one of the best campgrounds for wooded sites around. If you like camping in the woods the weat side of this campgound is for you. There are several secluded sites.with 30amp service. If you don't like the full shade and under yhe tree the east side of the campground is more open with sunny sites.
I have found this little gem
Camped here during the summer, nice camp ground but the dump station was out of order and has been for quite a long time. I won t go back until this is fixed.
