Stayed overnight in motor coach. Nice lots with lots of green space and very nice concrete pads and gas lights. Bathroom/showers and laundry very nice, clean and well maintained. Check in at hotel. Continental breakfast included, standard fair. Small casino short walk across parking lot from RV park or can call security for a ride. Wifi available. Grounds all very nicely maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Used booking.com to make reservation. On outbound trip all was well. Nice sites great location for an overnight while traveling. Pricey. On home bound trip received email saying no site available after confirmed reservation through booking.com.

Stayed 2015-07-17 to 2015-07-19
Close to I-80. Very nice camping area with beautiful large trees that provided shade. Easy to get to but a long way from downtown Chicago with heavy traffic going into the city. Still a very nice campground with level spots. It had a good free breakfast at the hotel which was within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

This property is divided in to three sections; casino, hotel, and campground. The partial hookup CG has 80 sites, a dozen or more are pull-throughs in the middle.
There is a full service dump station at the RV entrance/exit and is set up so you can stop coming or going. It is $22.60 in the off-season because the water is turned off at the sites. Call the hotel front desk for more info.
This park is surprisingly quiet at night even though it is surrounded by industry. There are about 100 old-timey light posts throughout the park, so star gazing is out but it makes it easy to walk the dogs. There is wildlife and nice grassy areas to play frisbee.
PS The Forest Preserves of Cook County has opened up five campgrounds this past year in the Chicago area that are closer to the city. Some are open year around! Google it!

Expensive, $50, and no discounts. No sewer hook ups. No WiFi. Good level concrete pads. Free continental breakfast at the hotel.

This place was clean and secure security circled every 15 minutes
We drove by campground very nice but for 1 night decided on the parking lot area

Nice spot for short stay

Nice spot for a short stay. Not scenic, can’t have outside fires etc. Nice size spots, pull thru. No sewer, has electric, didn’t have water when we went but that was due to construction. Has dump station. Security drives by regularly, so felt safe. We only planned on staying the weekend, but ended up staying a couple more days because we were both sick, so we didn’t get to check out the casino or the restaurants, we had grub hub delivery lol. But, they offer shuttle service from your rv to the casino or hotel. They have complimentary breakfast in the morning, and the showers are in the hotel. I would definitely go back again if in the area, and this time make sure to hit the casino! You check in at the hotel front desk, and they were very friendly.

Not worth the price!

Price has went up ten dollars since we were there last. Bathrooms were not cleaned daily. Laundry was out of order. Breakfast at the hotel was the same thing everyday and was bigger and better last time we were there. So cost more and quality went way down.

My dogs review

Well there were lots of fun places to run around and the grass was really soft! The other dogs I met where really nice. My only complaint is there are signs on all the doors saying I m not welcome. I thought this was very rude. My mom brought me breakfast sausage from the hotel and I loved it!:)
