Lots of room for pets 27 acre lake lots to do short trip to Amelia island and the beach
| Packed and tight
Very tightly spaced and narrow sites. Neighbors are right off your door. Fulltimers are many and most seem to chain smoke and look it too. Very close off I 95. Overnight was all we needed and served the purpose, but not for long term. Goodsam has 10/10/9 on large billboard on entrance. If that's true, Goodsam has lost any credibility.

Stayed here two weeks for work.it is right next to i 95 semis all night jake brakes.i went to work everyday feeling like zombie. Paid a month but left for better place.
