Reviews for Horse Cave KOA

| Small sites...hard to maneuver.

Convenient to 65 and Mammoth Caves...the sites are tiny...picnic table almost in the road other campers use Expensive by my standards $42 not full hookup. The full hookups are in full sun. At least my site is shaded.

| Owner Upgrading Property, Staff needing upgraded as well

By user-6263071... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2015-02-03 to 2015-02-04

This property was purchased in 2006 and the new owner is upgrading 50 amp pull thru for "big rigs" with toads. New pond and stocked for fishing, farmer next door had chickens and the rooster crowing in the morning was a great benefit. Shower room clean and nice, internet never worked and staff wasn't interested in attempting to resolve "cabin" wireless access for us "down the hill" Electric was "high" on 50amp leg 2, with out my auto-former I would not have had 50 amp service. I commend the new owner on upgrading his new business, however the staff supporting the customers need to improve or be changed before I will stay again or recommend to another. Not the usual KOA standard or experience that I have come to expect.

Overnight only. Nice park with lots for the Kiddos to do. Most lots good however we were put in a spot too small for our 36ft trailer. But we would definately stay again
