We stayed for a week. Easy navigation and nicely secluded. The downside to remote is not much bandwidth available. Wifi good enough for email but not much else. Good showers and adequate pool. Great crowd while we were there. No rowdies. I'd definitely stay again.
Tucked back location. Nice level site. Campfire ring with grill rack, picnic table are at site. Wifi is there, but not worth the aggravation. Go to the shower house for best signal. Nice 2 night stay for us. Julie and family are good people. Jeffery is a must pet cat he owns the store. Area is picturesque. Showers clean. No tv channels but plenty of dvds at the office. We we're so busy with sight seeing we never had time to watch movies. We did not use the pool or laundry. We would go back again and wish we would have stayed longer.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben sogar einen Tag verlängert. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele interessante Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Wir waren mit einem 30-Fuß Wohnmobil unterwegs. Auch mit Kindern empfehlenswert.
Nearly all RV Campgrounds are right on major roadways. We wanted to stay somewhere that was quiet and remote, but still close to everything. This was the PERFECT location! Beautiful views of mountains all around, lots of space between spots, clean park and restrooms, wildlife grazing most hours, and very friendly staff. Will be our first choice in the future when we return!
Enjoyed Horse Thief Campground so much that we extended our stay. Great, quiet, picturesque location for exploring all the Black Hills attractions. Friendly, helpful staff, clean pleasant facilities. Highly recommend.
Very nice park! Level gravel site (pull through) with a fire pit and picnic table. Nice clean bathrooms.
We enjoyed our stay here and you can't beat the location! So close to Mount Rushmore and beautiful scenery. Sites a little close together, but still a wonderful stay.
Stayed here middle of June 2019. Our spot was a nice level spot fairly close to the clean showers & bathroom. Has laundry onsite...nice lil convenient store. Can rent DVD s. Close to town that has great restaurants & shops. Close also to Mt Rushmore & other sights. Will definitely stay if we re ever back that way!
