| Very nice

By user-5196048... on 2017-10-23.

Right off the interstate, great place for an over night spot. Easy access with pull through sites, family owned extremely friendly staff. Only draw back was no septic hook up, and highway noise.

| A good place to stay for a night or for two months

Have stayed here twice. First time was July-Sept 2014 and have been here now for 5 weeks (June-July 2015). Grass lots, could use some leveling. Pull thru and back in spots available. Sewer available but not at all sites. Big trees, river near by. Very close to interstate 80, so lots of noise from that, but not enough to bother us. Very busy on holiday weekends. (Here for Laborer Day 2014 and 4th of July 2015). A Subway and convenience store with diesel fuel across hwy 38 from the turn into the campground. All other shopping/restaurants are 20 minutes (Muscatine) or 30 minutes (Iowa City/Coralville). No hauling your trash anywhere. Set it by the road by your site and mgmt comes by several times a day to pick it up. Overabundance of picnic tables and fire pits. Stayed here in a 40' fifth wheel with 2 pickup trucks.

My last review... Should not say "Cameron".... That should be campground. Second correction: physical address is 306th, not 906th
