We love this place! We live in the area but have needed to stay somewhere close by when the house was in repair. We have a 36 ft fifth wheel. Plenty of room to park our small car and our tow vehicle on the large cement pad. Lots all have a grassy area and small trees are planted at each. Everything is done with customer service a priority. Very modern and fresh. Beautiful pool. Mosquito control. Lovely amenities, including large game room, BBQ areas around the park, dog park., dog washing station and propane refill service. Very friendly staff. Extra bonus is that it is within 20-30 minutes of downtown Houston and the medical center and it is next door to a great new nature park with hills and walking paths. Highly recommend!
This is a decent park with clean grounds, a nice pool area, clean bathrooms and showers. Try to get a spot on the north side of the lake away from Schiller rd, which is fairly busy and noisy. The area around the park is fairly urban and heavily congested. Takes about 20-25 minutes to drive 1.5 miles to the HEB grocery store between 3pm-7pm. Also their internet service provider is Tengo Internet. The worst provider in Texas! Check the reviews for Tengo Internet if you don’t believe me. We had a working internet connection about 10% of the time. And even then the speeds were so slow we could rarely stream netflix or hulu! Minus one star for urban congestion and another for having Tengo Internet.
The grass is greener and WELL maintained. The multiple dog walk areas are well lit so we can see even at night or early morning. Staff is busy and efficient. Not rude. I appreciate the rules and strictness. It is a great setting. Just enough grass and pavement to be comfortable for us and our animals, even if it rains. No potholes or mud. Large pads. We are close to the road mentioned in the previous post. No problem with noise at all.
Well maintained, very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Would definitely stay there again.
