Very friendly welcome by the staff. Pull through site left room on both sides. Laundry room was open 24 hours, clean and efficient. Wonderful dog park. Close to town. On the negative, on the highway, so was noisy, and having a picnic table would have been a plus.
Averaged $33 / night with Passport America discount ($50 without) for W/E50/S/C/I. Excellent campground about 15 miles outside Austin with easy access on a main highway. Level site, nice spacing between sites, security gate. Would definitely stay here again! Easy access to all the Austin attractions including University of Texas Tower, Pennybacker Bridge Overlook, Covert Park at Mount Bonnell, Texas State Capital, LBJ boyhood home, state park, & ranch & presidential library & museum.
