Well maintained park, great staff and reasonable rates Glad we found this park.
Neat, clean, friendly, very large sites. Very friendly staff. Free to order breakfast. They do give Good Sam, AAA, Escapee and Active Duty/Retired Military.
Spent 2days at this great park. Super nice staff, nice Large-Level pull thru . And to top it off-the serve free made to order breakfast every morning. Long term available also. It's a must stay about 13 miles north of Waco.
After fighting traffic and rain for the last six hours I was ready to call it a day. We pulled our 35 ft. 5th wheeler in to an unknown RV Park with apprehension. To my surprise and delight we found a fantastic park. Plenty of pull throughs, great and friendly staff, and a FREE breakfast. I highly recommend this park to everyone Weldon
Called to make reservations ask about how much it would be to stay there. Guy was a jerk. Had smart alec comments. We had stayed there before was a nice place. Must have changed hands cause this guy was a jerk. I wouldn't stay there wirh his attitude.
Stayed two nights, sites were ok fairly level, gravel with some grass not too close. Train and freeway are a distraction but not a deal breaker. The ladies that cook your breakfast for tips only was great. I would stay again if in the area.
There is activity for the whole family here. Breakfast for fee of tips only each morming. Pool is a must have available in August. We will be back!
Very friendly, professional and accomodating. Had every service you could think of including a free home cooked breakfast that was exceptional.
Overnight stay only but would return if in area. Good pull through lots. Close to Waco attractions. Ladies in the park will fix your made to order breakfast for free but they operate on tips so be generous to these nice ladies.
Don’t trust this park to hold your rally sites. They just reneged on the Texas chapter of RVing Women for the weekend of Dec 1-3, 2017. We had a contract which they did not honor.
Received notification today that our rally scheduled 6 weeks from now is being cancelled. Our group has a contract that was agreed upon by the park dated January 2017. This puts us in a terrible position because it is our year end meeting. Not only are they canceling on us we have no recourse. The owner told me the contract is worthless. He’s right.
Love this park. New paved roads, very level gravel pads (soon to be poured concrete), wonderful pool, clean laundry and safe. "Old Dude" is the owner and loves people. He is a bit chatty but very helpful and friendly. Only 15-20 minutes to Magnolia Farms the Silos. Easy on and off I-35. Free breakfast daily!!
Clean and very friendly staff with lots of available spots that are big rig friendly. Only negatives are - they don't take credit cards or offer any discounts. There is a great Cajun Resturant and bar about 5 miles South called Buzzard Billy's.
Small but clean restrooms and showers. Relatively easy access to/from I-35. Nice camp hosts. I have stayed here about one night a year for the past 6 or so years. Some years the camp fee has included made to order breakfast. I would recommend this place to my friends.
Next to I35, train runs all night. Too noisy to sleep. Otherwise OK.
Nice roomy sites that can handle rigs of all sizes. Easy to get on and off the freeway. The pool is nice too. I really like this place!
An okay park. Noisy but tolerable if you have earplugs. Old dude that manages is sort of arrogant but I think most Texans are. Texans sure like their state star. This park is making improvements. If you stay monthly make sure you take a picture of your electric meter reading when you check in; they had the wrong reading in their system when we checked in; would have cost us an extra 300 kw.
Stayed here two months. Enjoyed the stay. If you are coming to hear nature sounds don't bother. Drowned out by the highway. Other than that all was well. Full sized FREE breakfast (eggs, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, coffee, juice) freshly cooked to order. Great cooks. worth the tips.
Stayed here last year for 2 weeks and returned this year to stay to visit Waco again. Although the park is along I-35 the noise really doesn't bother me, you can ask to be parked further back. Just north of downtown Waco the park is big, 80 acres, level RV lots, very clean bathroom showers and laundry room, free delicious breakfast for tips. Great for the dogs, it has a dog park and lots of places to walk your dog, around the small catch and release fishing ponds. They have a driving range if you would like to sock a few golf balls. Overall a great place to stay.
We had to cancel our one night stay but it’s probably a blessing from above as these people are rude, unprofessional and non-responsive.
Nice park with level sites and friendly staff. Can’t beat the big breakfast for tips!! Will stay here again
This RV park is conveniently close to 1-35 with clean and well maintained bathrooms and laundry. It also includes a sparkling swimming pool and fitness room. The office staff were polite, efficient, and gave excellent directions from the interstate. A free cooked to order breakfast is served daily 7-9 AM for tips only for the cooks/servers.
Very friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to accommodate us. They have a complimentary breakfast that has college students cooking and serving for tips. I think this is great. We plan on going back.
Convenient location just off freeway. Gravel sites, some have a little shade. Pool is nice, friendly office staff. Appears there are many long term campers here. Goats and chickens on property. Also looks like they will be expanding. Probably overpriced for what you get.
A nice place to stay overnight. Kind of packed in there like sardines and no room for picnic tables. A little pricey compared to others along the route, but they do serve breakfast to order and it was very good.
A decent RV park right off I-35 and just a few miles from downtown Waco. The roads are paved and the sites are gravel. There were a lot of long term residents staying at this park. The park has a lot of outdoor amenities, but we did not spend any time with them as the weather did not cooperate. They have a swimming pool, fitness room, fishing pond, cafe on site and a very small bathroom for the short term guests. The park advertises strong wifi, but expect it to be on the slow side. This park is in a convenient location when visiting the sights in the Waco area and we would have no concerns staying here again. The park is reasonably priced for the location and amenities.
Plenty of space, level, free breakfast, cooked to order. This is just off the interstate, so you get road noise, but it was okay. Showers and laundry dated, but the free breakfast was great. Would stay again.
This was a decent spot to stay. I don t like how we got charged for breakfast ($5 for each extra person) but we never did eat the breakfast there. It was a bit tight getting to our spot but manageable. Also the interstate is extremely loud and busy all night. We ve stayed at lots of parks by interstate but this one was by far the loudest. Didn t get very much sleep because of the noise.
Stayed 3 nights. Very friendly and helpful, even sent out maintenance to put air in shocks. A little close pull-thru sites if you have awnings out. Loved the free breakfast every morning! The one big problem for us was only 2 bathroom stalls and one was in the shower area. Large shower but should be air conditioned.
We would most definitely stay here again! The amenities in this park are truly wonderful! Free Wifi with streaming! Free breakfast EVERY morning! Clean laundry, restrooms, showers and pool! Level gravel sites with full hookups and plenty of room for our 40' motorhome and Ram truck. Friendly, helpful staff. We had brake issues with our truck and were going to take care of them two stops later in an area that we knew, but not really thrilled with the park. (Palm to face) why would we leave all of this to stay 3 days in a park where we would only have water/electric and their restrooms were closed????? We didn't. We booked a reservation for two more nights and had two more free breakfasts, two more days/nights of being able to work and watch tv for free. They let us stay in the same spot. They are a Good Sam to. If you have any Czech heritage, just North the is a little town called West, with a restaurant that serves authentic Czech food. On the frontage road there is a bakery that sells the most delicious Kolaches!!!
This is a nice park but would not return PROS staff is very nice and friendly. Sites are large. Best internet I have ever had in a CG. Large area to walk dog, really nice pool, dog park, showers close to Magnolia and shopping and free breakfast CONS. Very close to highway and traffic and trains are really noisy. Park has several permanent residents who don t care for the a CG as much as the travelers do. Dogs constantly off leash and they don t pick up after them the grounds over by golf course is like a mine field.
