We enjoyed our stay. There did seen to be some long term residents but that didn't mayer to us. The sites were kept nice & the easy pull-thru site was nice & the whole campsite was shaded by a bunch of old oak trees. The staff was friendly & helpful.
Appears to have lots of long term residents. Campsites not numbered well for night time arrivals. Manager had to show us where to go after hours. The worst part were the two unisex bath houses. Ugh. As a women unisex is just gross. And no paper towels. You had to mop up the tiny bath house after you were done. I dreaded using the toilet and shower.
