We were going to get a place closer to our daughters house but they were booked. So we were able to get a spot here which saved us $55 a night. Can't beat that. This place is nice and quiet and there's no noise which I like. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just don't try and drive a 38' plus at night in here. It's a little tight.
Be aware this campground is under MAJOR renovation and operating on bare bones. With that said, it has tons of potential!! If you want space and privacy this is your place, but if you want activities for the kids go somewhere else. (Electric, water, and sewer are all up to date, no pool, no camp store, newish play ground, beautiful lake, a slice of heaven).
This place is very quiet and peaceful. Right on the water of a small lake. Full hook ups 50 amp. The roads are not paved and Sandy. Some times it's hard to tell where the road is. Tight for a 40ft rig. This place was more designed for smaller rigs. We did get our 38ft MH in though.
They use well water. Or pump it from the lake. Not sure.
