Great for couples and retired folks. Not alot of ammenties for children. Right on a lake but the water was too shallow to fish off the bank. We were there early in the season so the docks were not out. The location was remote so trees and grass were abundant. Clean laundry room and showers. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Smaller place set up great for fulltimers. Best for couples and retired crowd. Great view of the 8500 acre lake. Close to site seeing and shopping and eating. Nice paved roads all the way from US2.
It was ok but no great destination. Parked on the grass, then it poured and we were in a lake. Entry not very impressive. First thing you see is dumpster and aluminum buildings and weeds. Then it filled up and sites ( on the grass and mud) were right on top of each other. Next time I'l give it a pass.
Right on Indian Lake...beautiful location..near Lake Michigan. Manistique has a quaint downtown area. Some sites are very roomy...some near the front are tight. Good community room. Good facilities. Lots of green space for dogs. Very helpful staff. Good Sam's discount.
We stayed here for a week. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the lake. The bathrooms were clean, however needed more showers. The only complaint I have is that the sights are so close together. If they took out every other site it would be much nicer.
