This campground is right downtown Titusville and you can walk to a couple of pubs, grocery and drug store. The campground itself is a bit overgrown, at a glance is in a bit of disrepair and mostly long term residents. The owner is a sweetheart and will try and get you in if at all possible. Not really suited to large rigs, he squeezed our 42 ft in. Across the walkway is the Indian River and it is beautiful to see. You can also view shuttle launches from here. It was a bit pricey at $400 per week compared to the others in the area.
