We needed an overnight park when traveling from AL to PA. This park allowed us to stay one night even though a holiday weekend. Park is well kept. New paved roads throughout and level gravel sites. We would stay here again. Staff friendly and offered places to visit in area. Casinos located down the street if you want to go play the slots.
We stayed here because we needed to pick someone up at the airport and we also visited the Creation Museum. The campground served us well because it is close to both. The bathrooms were clean and the showers very nice. I thought the staff was friendly with the exception of one woman who was slightly rude. The office closes at 6 pm so after that, you are unable to purchase ice or firewood. The campground was clean although there is not a ton of appeal except for the small lake. Some of the trailers that look like they are there for the long term were a bit of an eyesore. We would stay here again because of the location and overall it was a fine place to stay.
Mobile restroom unit only 2 shower units, be prepared to wait in evening (chairs provided) Restrooms were clean and ok, all gravel sites due to weather was dusty, close to I-75. Trash dumpster at front of facility. Internet is listed as free, due to business work numerous drops and very slow speed. With my FMCA discount fee was $40 a night. Staff friendly, just overall average facility.
Nice park don't know what the bathrooms are like cause I use my own. Would like to see a pet area. Lake is well kept grounds well groomed. Great and friendly staff.
Clean mobile restrooms, nice lake, some RV supplies in the office/store. Other than the lake the campground does not have much appeal. Staff were friendly and helpful. The was allot of road noise.
Needed a place for the night. Well kept up campground. Paved roads and level sites. It was $44.
Gravel spaces and level. They are gravel though. The bathrooms are not handicapped accessible and they are small. You have to step up onto a small platform to use the toilet/urinal. The campground is on a private lake so you don't need a fishing license. Ducks rome free. The office people are nice and helpful. Not a lot of noise from the highway. They do offer discounts. They gave me a discount for being a AAA member. I have a popup camper. Also offer a Good Sam discount. You only get 1 hour of wifi.
Good overnight stop but the price is out of line for what is offered. No cable and WiFi is marginal and only free for an hour.
