We were pleasantly pleased to find this park. Even tho under a lot of renovations, what had been done was very nice. Two large nice pools. Bathrooms and showers were very nice, even tho one of the men's was not completed, but would be shortly. The spaces were large and well spaced apart because park models had been removed...And the extra bonus was that it is a passport America, so we stayed here for $18.00 a night, which is a bargain for palm springs area. It was close to 111 making it easy drive to great shopping. The only downside I could think was that there was no cable tv, but we had dish, so it was not a problem. Friend came by yesterday and had stayed at one of the other parks this owner had refurbished in Pahrump and were raving about it...Looking forward to another stay...

The park has lots of grass, and in the desert that is important, they escort and park you at your site. Some of the parkers are good, some you should not trust, use your DW, it's your RV. Two pools, week day waffles at the club house. Centrally located, close to the fair grounds. We stayed here for a week+ in a Class A MH during January.

Nestled between the mountains the view is fabulous! We stayed on a grass spot but there are gravel spots too. Most campers are baby boomers, not many kids which is ok with me. Didn’t use the facilities as we have our own. Wish we could have stayed longer we love the area! THE MOUNTAIN VIEWS ARE BREATHTAKING!

I was given a FHU concrete pull/thru with gravel between sites. There was plenty of room for my 42' 5th wheel and truck to park. The roads in the park are easy to get around in. I used my dish for TV and the wi-fi worked well. There is 10' between sites where I was located. The park has big commercials washers to use at $1.50 a load. The bathrooms and laundry are neat and clean. The only down side is that the sewer connection is at the far end of the lot and with two lengths of 12' hose I was still 4' short. Had to just use the holding tanks till I left. Really poor design on where the hook ups are located. There is some traffic noise as you are located right in town.

| Beautiful Desert Spot

It's a beautiful spot for the desert. Trees everywhere with a couple of ponds with fountains. We came in the off season (110 degree summer months) and were greeted with a big smile by the camp host. It's a large park and probably slammed in the cooler months. Each concrete spot is very level and comes with an adjacent, separate, concrete, level parking space for your truck or second vehicle. Plenty of space for my truck and 25 foot trailer. The amenities abound: two pools, two hot tubs, three dog parks, ping pong and pool games, tennis courts, plenty of areas to walk, and a clubhouse. Like I said, in the cooler months this place would be packed. The bathrooms and showers are pristine and ones you would love to have in your own home. We will stay here again if we are ever passing through.

We just left here after spending most of December! Our new favorite desert stop. Big wide grassy sites. Clean facilities and the pool, jacuzzi is wonderful. Activities, although we were off golfing most of the time. Yes, it s a waze out there, but after driving they 6 other places to see if we could get closer to PS... we decided this was the jewel! Reservations for next year.. done! We were us space #12 and there are two noisy roosters in the Jared across the wall. 5:00 am... irritating to us... ( we selected a space across the drive next yeR, in the event the rooster live another year

Easy in and Out. Wide paved streets, big lots with concrete pads. We were in a gravel back in lot backed up to Dr Carreon blvd. Lots of road noise and sirens often. Fire station is very close. Bring long sewer hose, the connection is at the back of the space. I was all the way to the dirt berm and still needed 20' of sewer hose. Dog parks are very nice. Clean bathrooms and Laundry.
