Stayed on the resort side of this combination two sided park. Was early in June so resort side was very quiet with few coaches. More activity on campground side. One small pool for both by office. Our site was level and had good hookups. They appear to be building a clubhouse on resort side but construction seems to be halted as just had Tyvek wrapped around it. They do sell the lots and some were privately owned. Got no sales push from anyone so that was nice. Nicely kept park with planned expansion on resort side. Would stay again if in the area

Just returned from trip to northern Michigan and this was my favorite resort. We stayed in the resort section which still had area that could be built. Very quiet area but located close to several resort towns. Sleeping Bear Dunes within a 10 min drive. The pool is by the office, we did not use it. We were escorted to our site, stamped concrete pad and nicely landscaped including a fire bowl. Friendly staff in the office. Good cable, marginal wifi. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place! Resort side is very quiet with nice lots and level stamped pavement. No extra activities for kids but lots to do in the area! Beautiful!

| Great place near Sleeping Bear Dunes

We stayed on the resort side, which has some separation from the campground side; however, both are fine. The resort side appears to maybe have ownership sites. Both the resort and campground use the same pool. They are still working on the clubhouse and other amenities on the resort side, which is gated. The sites are spacious and nicely landscaped with lots of privacy. It’s about 3 miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes entrance. Plus, the Heritage Trail is possibly the best paved trail of anywhere! Lots of cycling in the area, which is always a bonus for me!!! Highly recommend!!!

| Nice park. Lots of options for various campers.

Park has many different sized lots and hookups - something for everyone. Sites are deep enough, and enough room on sides to be very comfortable. Some sites are grass / dirt, and others are gravel. Most have tall, mature trees. Great location, close to Sleeping Bear, and short drives to many other great things - Pyramid Point, Leland.... We paid the extra money and stayed on resort side - beautiful! And very quiet. Not very busy. Sites are very large, all paved and very spacious. Would definitely go back.
