Like the title says we stayed on Labor Day weekend, and the place was not filled, and we had a nice spot. The grass and trees are all trimmed and maintained, and the owner son guided us into our spot. Other than that we seldom saw anybody for the rest of the weekend. The Wi-Fi is a little bit slow but that might be the only complaint the wife and I can think of.
If you're not tired keep driving. Charged almost double what advertised rates were. Sites are lousy. Permanent residents have all the decent sites taken.
Right off road, traffic noises. Water tasted terrible, good phone signal, slow Wi-Fi. Had everything we needed, but charge was $42.50. Didn't see much ahead, so it was adequate for the night.
