Tough place to review as there is so much potential, but I agree with the other reviewer that it needs to be cleaned up and organized better. One shower in the mens bathroom that is a long walk from the lower part/lake facing campsites. Showers also costs 25cents for 2mins. They charge credit card 1 dollar if the purchase is less than 10 US dollars. Overpriced given how far from Yellowstone-20 to 25mins. I saw lots of screws/nails around the basketball court where a lot of cars park. Lodge public bathroom was missing soap for days. They need to turn off some of their outdoor flood lights, as light pollution makes for difficult night time star gazing. But the lake is beautiful. The few people that worked there seemed courteous enough. Also their wifi would work for sometime then quit, then start working again. Signal was ok to good at the lower campsites by the main office. Got a verizon 4g signal on my phone. I met many friendly people from abroad. Owner and his family were very friendly. 3 to 4 stars

Do not stay here. It's a dump, trash mattress laying on sites. Uneven and trees. .

Spaces really close together. We couldn't find anything closer to West Yellowstone, so this worked for us. The map of the place they have is was really small and hard to read, so we had a difficult time finding the restrooms. Apparently the closest one to our site was in building 2. And the showers in building 3. But we walked to the far away ones which were kind of creepy in that they were surrounded with very overgrown grass and Weeds. The Sun sets were beautiful. There's a small store.
