$25 for one night. Wifi was $4 for 24 hours. Clean facilities. Very pretty sites. Very open but well shaded. Some traffic noise from nearby streets. Very helpful staff. Would love to go back for some of their weekend activities.
There is a narrow strip of trees separating the campground from the noisy highway. On one hand, it's an irritation but on the other hand it's nice having a campground conveniently located. Place is kind of dated, the asphalt is in fair condition but there isn't much level here. The noise is definitely a factor but we are just staying one night so we will grin and bear it. This campground is closed from December 1st to March 15th. Standard site is $25 with a 10% discount for seniors. The campground check-in Booth is usually open from three until eight? I definitely would not come here for a vacation, but it serves its purpose as a overnight stay and a good spot to see the James Audubon Museum which is located in the park.
