| Fantastic RV park

The Jolly RV park, is clean, quite and safe. I stayed at this park for several months. The owners are very considerate, making sure their tenants have an enjoyable stay. Even during the winter months the owner made sure to hire a bulldozer to ensure there was a clear path out of the snow for his tenants. This place is great and very conveniently located to the bank, resturants and gas station. I will most definitely recommend the park to my family and friends. Thank Mr. And Mrs. Jolly for the wonderful stay.

This is not a place you want to stop overnight, pick a Walmart instead. It's basically a RV trailer court on a gravel parking lot.

It may be simplistic & down to earth. It is clean, affordable & the owners are super honest & trust worthy, which means more to me than frills & bows.

We chose to stay here July 1, 2018. We are still here. This RVPark works best for RVers who are fully self-contained which we are in our 39' Motor Coac, so "No Frills" RV Parks are OK for us. > The management here is super-friendly > They respond quickly no matter where they are at... locally or OOT. If OOT, they have personnel available to help. > For snow-removal, they have their own tractor on site that on-site personnel clears immediately. > If you are able to park along the west fence-line, you will be able to get wireless data via line-of-sight provider RISE BROADBAND. We get 350gigs of data for $45/mo. The highest we have used thus far is about 60% and we love the high definition quality we get. > They allow is to have 125 gallon propane tanks from Ed Glazer Propane 1- mile away. > Welcomed are families with pets. > This park is 19 miles east of Falcon CO which has: Safeway, Walmart, UCHealth Primary Care & Urgent Care which we highly recommend, plus restaurants, auto parts, and a place we have experience with... "Premier RV"- just asked for Bryon and the service is excellent!! > This park is a small family owned RV Park that is in a constant improving mode. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating is because there is a problem on the farm west that allows water to flow off of the farmland into the RV Park. Management has started to implement a solution but it is expensive to complete because the farmer is not helping. This problem is only here when really heavy snow thaws or a torrential rain. As for the negative responses, the people are not understanding that this location is the most cost-effective $$ monthly of ANY CLEAN RV Park along the I-25 & I-70 corridors close to Denver & Colorado Springs!!

Owners of this "no frills" campground are the best. Very helpful and accommodating. Sites are level and wide. We'll be back.
