Reviews for Jones Station RV Park

| Very nice park

By user-4724108... on 2017-10-23.

Staff is very friendly. Most sites are pull throughs , with a few back ins. All are very large. No laundry and no parking for the bath house. Would stay here again. We have a 32 foot travel trailer with two slides

Very nice manicured RV campground. ..Well maintained big sites (easy pull thru and back in sites). They have a playground for kids, RV storage, great rates, metered electric, friendly staff and great neighbors along with picnic tables and fire rings at each site. Wi-Fi is available but weak at some sites and no cable but still a 4.7 Star rating in my book..very close to 3 I-85 exits with a lot of shopping and dining.

Be aware this park practices BSD for dogs.

Well managed RV park with many pull throughs for big rigs. We had a 60 ft. deep back in with plenty of room and shade. Fire rings at sites. Close to interstate and Pilot just at the next exit. Quiet and peaceful. A modest distance from Duke and Durham but easy jaunt of about 25 minutes down the interstate. Full 50 amp hookups at all sites.

Most sites are shady, 50/30 amp, gravel, free wifi, fire pits and picnic tables at all sites. Construction in progress on additional sites or Phase II. Our roomy pull through site was at the end of the row. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the swing after many miles on the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. Garbage pick is at each site. First rate campground. Only missing paved sites and tv cable at site. Very peaceful.

Great little campground. The sires are big enough and level enough for a big rig. Bath facilities are as good as I have seen. Cable would be nice as trees make it hard for rooftop receivers.

| Huge LEVEL sites!

By user-5901462... on 2018-03-14.

Very nice park with large level sites. We have a 37ft travel trailer and had enough room to park 2 vehicles deep in site. Small playground, bath house like showering at home, very clean and heated. Only negative is there's not much for kids and no pool. We will absolutely be back!

| We were in need of an overnight stop convenient to our route along I-40. Based on the postive feedback, we chose Jones Station. We were greeted by friendly staff, and provided a map of the park along with wifi instructions, etc. We were in a 34 ft motorho

| Great for overnight ...

We only spent a night here and it was fine. Check-in was easy, and the host was personable. Interior roads and sites are gravel pretty thick in some places. The interior roads are tight for larger rigs towing but doable. We had to do some fancy footwork to get into our site without unhooking the tow. It is predominately long term and/or seasonal. All sites are neat and tidy though. Most sites are surrounded by trees but there are a few that have more sun. All sites looked close to level if not spot on level. There is decent spacing with some better than others. We had trees between us and the next site. Directv locked on but there was lots of interference to the point that we just stopped watching. We could not get WII FI in our site. Verizon was 4g 3 bars so we used our hotspot. It was quiet at night, and we would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay as we were passing through North Carolina. We had a nice pull thru spot, it was quiet, and an area to let the dogs out.

We are in a 40 foot motorhome with a tow car. The site is accommodating of our size for a pull through. We are staying one night as we are passing through. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff waited for us because we were arriving right at closing time.

Look no further! If you are going to be near Durham, this is where you need to stay

| Nice trailer park

Great place for long term, permanent trailer parking. Remote, not convenient to interstate. Nice place to live in this area.

Even though our "reservation" was lost we were given a couple of temporary sites for our stay. Very well kept and roomy sites. Well thought out park. Plenty of room for big rigs.

| Very well maintained park

We stayed overnight and this has to be one of the best maintained RV parks we have stayed in. Nice thick gravel roads and sites. Sites are wide, our s had grass on side and big grass field and playground in back. Lots of potted plants throughout park. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Street signs, site signs and building are pristine. We will come back if in area. They do have restrictions on aggressive breed dogs, which is great - I wish more RV parks did the same.
