Great for our one night stay - close to I-70, Mesa Mall and all its amenities. Clean, efficient and friendly, with great showers.
This is a very clean and nice RV Park, about a mile away from the I-70 freeway and no train tracks nearby! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Gene will lead you to your site and even pick up your propane tanks that need filling and return them to you at your site. The roads are gravel as well as the parking pads which are spot on level. With the back in sites you have a narrower and shorter site but you also have a nice plot of grass and a medium sized tree. We have a 34' fifth wheel and made it into a back in site, shoe horned our pickup in front. When using the back in watch out for the green split rail fences began the pull through sites they go right to the edge off the road. You can tell by the attention to the laundry, store, office, book and game library that the owners really care about you.
One of the better rv parks I've stayed in. Everything was clean, staff was polite. Very quiet at night. They left us a map to our spot because we arrived late. Close to interstate
Our site was 50 feet from the road and right by the entrance. There is an industrial building just across the street (or somewhere nearby) where they were running forklifts with backup beepers at 3am. Park is clean, staff friendly! Noise is reason for low rating. Not exactly cheap either.
Had no res. They squeezed me in. Very friendly staff. Can't hear road noise when you have both a/c's on with 94 degree temps
38.00 for an overnight...had elect..water...sewer...air TV but lots of channels... small park very clean bath/shower with curtains/doors/bench good water pressure. Playground/spas pad/dog area...all very clean level gravel.
Industrial area, train all night. We did not like it. And expensive, $42 with Good Sam discount, not worth it.
This park has great bathrooms, a nice laundry room (we forgot detergent and they gave us some for free), and a nice lounge with TV. The berths are well laid out and some have a nice lawn. The price is ok (my rate was high 30s for 30 amp/water/sewer for five people). The only drawback is the neighborhood. It is completely safe, but in an industrial area that was not very scenic. I would recommend.

The wife and I don't make reservations while traveling, as we tend to take it day by day. We came across this park after deciding we were done for the day, and am glad we found this park. Very clean, mainly gravel which is kept immaculate, and some of the nicest hosts you'll find. Definitely a spot to stay a night, or more.
Lots of full time guests and storage, but it's late in the season for a stay, so it worked for us. It's located in an industrial area, but the noise didn't seem bad. We paid 43.82 with our Good Sam discount - that's more than we had expected it would be. Good laundry facilities & small shop. Didn't use restrooms. Gravel level sights, good Wifi. Go to the Riverwalk for exercise!
The WIFI didn’t work Limited TV Verizon Cell was pretty bad too. With some work and a little love this could be a great park.
Find another park if you need WIFI They have problems and have no idea when they will be fixed. We stopped here 4 months ago and they told us it would be fixed in 2 weeks. 4 months later and it is almost nonexistent WIFI.
Nothing fancy. Just passing through. Expensive for what it is.
Great location with easy ingress/egress to I-70. Close to town, but also a convenient base camp for local attractions. Fully functional utilities. Mostly a gravel lot; they have planted a lot of trees but they are not big yet.
We called ahead to reserve a site. We had a mechanical issue and called back to let them know (just two hours after making the reservation) we were broke down and wouldn t make it. They have a cancellation policy that will charge you $10 to cancel the same day :( More interested in money than relationships.
