Maybe at one time this park was OK however now it is pretty run down and unkempt. The spaces are very small and narrow and pretty cramped for a large fifth wheel or Motorcoach.
This place is primarily a live in park. It's not a destination but it was a good overnight spot. It was only $22.50, the managers were friendly and helpful. The site was easy to get into with our fifth wheel. The water and electric were good. Nothing was taken from the back of our truck. Even with being by the express way it was quiet enough. They also sell and service RV's. There is a boot and hat store with high quality products. It's very easy off and on to the expressway.
I've stored my rig here for over a year and not once has anyone intruded on my space. I feel very safe here. On the down side there are some who live here and do not keep their spot up. Junk everywhere. Management is aware but nothing is done. It really is an eye sore. Washer/dryers sometimes work. I take my laundry elsewhere if need. So much potential to be a better park.
